Built-to-Suit concept of developing a drive-thru only cafe concept for marketing purposes to Biggby Coffee for their stand alone drive-thru concept and BCubed concept along with Scooter’s Coffee location in downtown Green Bay, Wisconsin. This site currently features two existing building that would be demolished for the development of a stand alone drive-thru concept.
