The Green Bay Retail Center is a former automotive retail space occupied once by the Green Bay Press-Gazette as its delivery truck garage, Earl Schieb automotive paint shop and Firestone Tire retail space. This 10,770 square foot corner property in 2019 received a Property Assessed Clean Energy renovation as an adaptive reuse for the United States Census 2020 office space. Upon the completion of the U.S. Census 2020 occupancy, the property owner is entertaining a different adaptive reuse into a restaurant/cafe location with a drive-thru and outdoor dinning along the massive sidewalk.

The large overhead doors from its automotive days provides an opportunity for fresh modern concept of hybrid dinning where diners receive the best of both indoor and outdoor dinning.
