Former Media Play retail location in Taylor, Michigan converted into three lease spaces for retailers Party City, Lumber Liquidators and Sky Zone Trampoline Park. The following are conceptual renders of reworking the Media Play facade brand into a multi-retailer facade and the division of the big box store. The final facade design and project was completed by Pumford Construction in 2014.
