To attract new tenants to the high vacancy Burlington Square Plaza in Taylor, Michigan, the property owners wanted a conceptual render of how the center would look with an updated facade. The following conceptual renders include the facade update and a proposed outlot. A marketing pitch to La-Z-Boy Furniture and World Gym as potential new tenants for the inline retail spaces and outlot development for T-Mobile, Potbelly and Chipotle was developed. The outlot development was proposed to Texas Roadhouse Bubba’s 33 which excepted a ground lease. The initial preliminary site plan and conceptual renders are below.
