Developed space planning for engineering firm, Ayres Associates, Inc.’s proposed lease space in commercial office building. Created layout for new conference rooms, reception area, print room, cafeteria, additional private offices and workstation layout. Collaboration with Ayres Associates regarding their space needs and shared design with Lemkuil Architectural Design, LLC for construction drawings.
