In 2017, medial giant, Gannett, sold a number of their newspaper building. Within a number of these historic locations features one to two massive three-story clear-height spaces where their newspaper presses once stood. Rethinking these large open spaces for adaptive reuse for new users to enjoy. The following concept was an answer to a request for proposal for Project “White Hat” at the former Appleton Post Crescent building in Appleton, Wisconsin.
