In 2021, Playgrown, L3C’s mission is to redevelop the former Mr. President’s building located in downtown Kalamazoo. Part of the redevelopment is the adaptive reuse of half of the top floor into a wellness spa and Airbnb, Collect and Recover. See floor plans below.
