In 2021, Biggby Coffee requested at 1,800 square foot retail space with drive-thru. The following a preliminary renders of this request along with a proposal for the property to feature a roof top seating area to take advantage of the Green Bay skyline. In addition, dining area along the sidewalk on the ground floor.
